RETURN PROCEDURE

It is important that you follow the conditions stated in the return procedure so that we can serve you more effectively and quickly.

You can return your product to us within 14 days from the date you receive it.
In order to start the return process, you need to create your return request by notifying your order number and reason for return to [email protected]
Within 10 days following your notification that you are using your right to withdraw the products, you can package it in its original box and packaging, along with all accessories and invoice, to the contracted cargo company free of charge by using the return code we will send to you by e-mail in order to avoid damage.
If the contracted cargo company is not used, the fee will not be covered by us.
Returns will not be accepted if the products are damaged due to improper packaging of the products.
The suitability of the products received by us will be evaluated and you will be informed by e-mail after this process. If the product is used and cannot be offered for sale again, the return of the products will not be accepted.
The payment you made within 14 days after the confirmation of your return request will be returned to you by the same method.
If you have made your payment with credit / debit cards, the refund will be made to your bank within 14 days. The reflection of this amount on your accounts is related to the bank transaction procedure and our company is not responsible.
No refunds can be made for products that are produced in accordance with the special requests and demands of your party, or that are made to the person by making changes or additions, or that are specially prepared for the person and the order that will not be returned in nature.
